BDS SC systems stand for “suction” and “compaction”. Shreds from offline shredder systems or processing systems with online shredders are suctioned and compressed into handy briquettes.
The efficient and flexibly configurable suction system makes it possible to bridge long stretches and large differences in height, meaning the briquetting system can also be accommodated in a more remote, unprotected area. A special filter ensures that the exhaust is particularly clean (0.15 mg/m³).
BDS SC systems boast superior efficiency. Ingenious features such as the automatic lubrication of the presses or the cleaning of the filter without compressed air mean that the systems have very low wear and tear. The special presses compress briquettes to such an extent that disposal costs are significantly reduced.
BDS SC systems are available in different performance classes:
The BDS Compact range covers briquetting performance from 20 to 300 kilograms per hour. G&D’s compact system ensures that cash centers with small and middle destruction volumes benefit from a performance class which is specially adapted for them.
The BDS Extreme range is aimed at systems with high-performance destruction, with briquetting performances from 300 kg to 1.5 tons per hour The systems typically equip large cash centers.
PC Reporting System: The PC Reporting System provides sophisticated, uninterrupted reporting on the destruction of banknotes at national banks and sensitive documents at printing plants and government offices. As part of the SC systems, the status monitoring including alarm management and simplified spare parts ordering is particularly helpful.
