The BPS M7 adds a modular, high-performance banknote processing system to G&D’s product portfolio. BPS M7, based on the successful BPS 1000, is the new generation and benchmark for banknote processing in professional cash centers. With the capacity to process up to 120,000 banknotes an hour, the BPS M7 sets new standards where productivity is concerned, while ensuring maximum counting accuracy and ease of operability. Continuous singling and automatic reloading of band reels enable uninterrupted operation and with it the highest performance in this product class.

In combination with the NotaScan Image sensor and the NotaScan Profile thickness sensor, the internationally recognized standards in banknote processing, the BPS 7 constitutes an extremely high-performance solution. The state-of-the-art sensor systems ensure reproducible evaluation of the authenticity and fitness of banknotes for circulation. The system is completed by the compact and fully automated NotaPack packing solution. This ensures that processed banknotes are issued securely and reduces processing costs. Up to four BPS M7 machines can be connected to one NotaPack without restricting the quantity of denominations and banknote formats that can be processed at the same time.
Thanks to its modular construction, the BPS M7 system can be configured for a variety of customer requirements in central banks, commercial banks, and cash-in-transit companies. With 2 to 20 stackers, it offers a high degree of flexibility for optimum configuration. The BPS M7 has the following modules and components:
The BPS M7 can be connected directly to the customer’s own IT system for sending electronic reports. Windows XP and the Oracle database provide the platform for flexible and secure data transmission.
G&D offers comprehensive software solutions for currency processing:
To ensure you get the best possible use out of the BPS M7 in the long term, G&D offers a range of services all over the world.
