Client Service Manager II
Client Service Manager II (G+D Mobile Security America Inc.): Support G+D’s Managed Service customers with pre and post operational deployment of services. Daily duties: Represent G+D in front of the customer for all communication regarding operational services; Ensure customer’s needs are met; Monitor and report the service level being provided to the client; Oversee the general performance of all service teams that interface with the client; Look for continuous ways to improve the overall customer experience and operation by recommending and implementing process and tool improvements; Achieve customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews into G+D; Support the service delivery phase for new services and negotiations for customer SLAs; Support Account Management staff in pre-sales process; Continuous communication with Account Management on customer issues and service changes; Monitor and control the financial events associated with the customer; Track software maintenance and patch availability and propose updates to customers; Provide project management for small to medium projects where an assigned project manager is not engaged. Telecommuting is acceptable. Min Reqs: Bachelor’s Degree (or Foreign Equivalent) in Any Concentration and 5 years of progressive experience as a Service Manager or similar position.
