Sales Administrator

Responsible for sales administration / sales order processing through the whole sales cycle from generation quotations till follow-up outstanding payments

Responsibilities:

  •  Sales administration / sales order processing through the whole sales cycle from generation quotations till follow-up outstanding payments
  • Tasks involve close cooperation with Sales, Finance, Project Management and the Service Department
  • Collaborate with the Sales/Account Managers and other team members in achieving the group’s targets and objectives
  • Manage customer quotations, order confirmation, invoicing in SAP and prepare tender documents based on request from Customers
  • Issue purchase orders request to the related department and follow up internally
  • Prepare  bank guaranties, Letters of Credit, INCOTERMS and  Manage Export Control process
  • Reply to customer demands and requirements through verbal and written correspondence in timely manner
  • Follow-up of outstanding payments regularly and reports to the management
  • Monitor customer’s credit limits
  • Reporting of order / project status related to your work in progress into the defined reporting structure and tools
  • Manage proactively and consolidate the outputs from various departments

 Job Requirements:

  •  3 to 5 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, order processing preferably for the Middle East and/or Africa region.
  • General Office skills with proficient use of Microsoft Office, Proficient knowledge using Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced business related degree will be an advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
  • Fluency in written and spoken French, Arabic or Portuguese will be an advantage
