Direct Entry at G+D
If you want to work directly on the future of our company and take on new responsibilities, then direct entry to our company is the right choice for you. Whether you opt to work in Currency Technology, Mobile Security, or take up a role in the holding company, you will be an integral part of an international team from day one with us, taking on demanding responsibilities.
Our first-time employees come from a background studying information technology, natural sciences, engineering, or economics. We take an active approach to supporting and integrating new employees. Our range of programs for professional development helps your career planning. As is the case for our entire workforce, our first-time employees also have access to our programs for health, and family and work compatibility.

The Trainee Program: A Fantastic Way to Start Your Career in Munich
Experience an action-packed 18 months.
Six months of working abroad, in four to five stations around the world of G+D: our training program is ideal for young and talented candidates who feel comfortable on the international stage. It provides deep insights into our operations and how a global technology group with highly sensitive areas of responsibility works. Does that sound exciting? - an outstanding marks in a degree (diploma or masters) in information technology, natural sciences, engineering, or economics, focused on technology management or similar
- relevant internship, student traineeship, or initial professional experience
- fluent business English, additional foreign languages are welcome
- experience living abroad and an outstanding ability to interact with other cultures
- plenty of initiative; flexible and the proven ability to work as a part of a team
