- Familiarizing yourself with the company’s products and solutions; selling products and services to potential and existing customers
- Understanding customer needs; advising customers; helping to solve customer problems; completing sales
- Establishing committed, long-term customer relationships, defining customer milestones, and preparing sales reports
- Reacting quickly to updates to products, services, and price information and giving customers immediate feedback
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, electronics, engineering, or other such field is preferred
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Strong interest in learning, a professional demeanor and steadfast willpower
- Excellent linguistic abilities, ability to learn, and face challenges with a positive attitude
- Ability to quickly become acclimated to various work and life environments; willing to travel frequently
