The customer journey

1. Registration

A new customer applies for a card online or in-store, or an existing customer asks for a replacement card from their bank.

2. Authentication

Once approved, the customer selects their preferred pickup location and receives an authorization code via SMS, email, or in-app message.

3. Verification

At a time that suits them, the customer visits their preferred kiosk and enters the authorization code.

4. Collection

The kiosk validates the code with a central server, and then dispenses a card, reading the magstripe and shares a unique ID code with the central server, to identify which card has been given to the customer.

5. Activation

On receipt of the card, the customer follows instructions to activate the card and receive their PIN digitally.
