The Quality and Compliance Manager (QCM) will continue the journey of improving the maturity level of our service oriented organisation within Professional Services. This will generate trust with our customers, enable proactive approach serving our clients while delivering high quality services. The Quality and Compliance Responsible acts as the regional controlling function within the professional services governance framework and will be ensuring the continuous improvement while delivering compliant services in an efficient way. As the “ITIL Champion” in the region, the QCM will ensure that the organisation is operating with appropriate processes to serve our customers.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Act as Regional Expert in ITIL process areas and implementation
  • Analysis of current processes for improvement opportunities
  • Re-engineering of processes as needed to improve operations and services provided to our customers
  • Mentor all levels of the Professional Services team on Service Maturity topics
  • Regular communication of policy, procedure and compliance requirement throughout the region
  • Execution of annual regional continuous improvement planning activity according to the global improvement plan and conduct regional Quality & Compliance Forums
  • Act as Regional Expert in ITIL process areas and implementation

Qualifications/Experience

  • Experience with Quality Management System and Compliance
  • Experience with Governance methodologies within Service environments
  • GRC background, ideally in consultancy environments
  • Must possess strong analytical skills
  • The ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyse information, identify implications of data, draw appropriate conclusions and prepare appropriate presentations basing on this information
  • Additional ITIL Certifications and other compliance related certifications highly desired
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
