G+D Ventures becomes lead investor in AI knowledge management start-up Blockbrain

Modern knowledge management meets cybersecurity expertise: Blockbrain transforms information processing in companies through the utilization of deep tech. The AI-driven platform optimizes processes by intelligently capturing, structuring, and harnessing existing and new knowledge. Customers can build their own automation solutions into day-to-day work without any programming knowledge, thus effectively using and expanding the company's knowledge.

The investment by G+D Ventures is also accompanied by intensive collaboration with the AI and security experts at G+D Group. "We were looking for a solution for our knowledge management for a long time and tested various applications. We have now found the ideal partner in Blockbrain," says Group CTO Dr. Michael Tagscherer.

Blockbrain's technology is not only geared toward traditional cybersecurity measures, such as protecting data from hacker attacks. The focus is also on protection against the risks of AI systems that are prone to errors or hallucinations: "The positive developments in the field of AI are fascinating, but we have made it our mission to always remain critical. Only by proactively containing possible risks can this technology reach its full potential," says Mattias Protzmann, co-founder of Blockbrain. Protzmann already has a track record of very successful start-ups with Statista and several other companies.
