Global Contract Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Preparation, review and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents in sales, purchasing and other areas with the support of specialist departments
• Support with legal issues relating to standard/day-to-day business in the international group of companies
• Creation and management of commercial standards (e.g. sample contract clauses, internal guidelines and instructions, disclaimers)
• Assessment and reporting of contract-related risks, taking into account intra-group requirements
• Implementation of contract projects , e.g. digital and AI-powered Contract Lifecycle Management Tool across the group of companies

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in business law, law, business administration or comparable training
• 2-4 years of professional experience in contract management, preferably in an international technology company
• Excellent English skills and fluent German
• Excellent negotiation skills, pragmatism, strong communication skills and a team player
