A Group-wide Code of Conduct serves as a basis for compliance with the rules in our everyday routine, setting out boundaries that apply to each and every one of us at G+D – at each site, in each business sector, to all business partners and in our dealings with one another. It also reflects the G+D corporate values of innovation, reliable and collaborative. Business practices in the company are based on these values. In order to prevent corruption and breaches of antitrust laws, G+D has an effective Compliance Management System in place. This is reviewed on an ongoing basis by means of external audits.
